PARIGRAHA – The orientation program
The new batch is welcomed to the course with an orientation program arranged for two-weeks. This includes sessions organized by experts in academics and industry for the new students. The Out bound training session is also organized for the new joiners to learn team-building, overcoming stress and facing fears. This is carried out in order to orient the students towards the MBA program, in terms of the needed skillsets to battle out the corporate scenario.
PRAVARTHAK- Annual an in-house management fest
As a welcome to the world of management and its applications, the final year students organize an in-house two-day management fest for the new batch every year. It helps to surge the organizing ability and lays a platform to learn new skills for both the year students. The final year students learn the skills of management and the new comers learn applications of management.
CLUB-MANIA – An in-house activity
It is said, “Sharpen your axe to get the right cut”. We at JCMM believe that a continuous approach towards improvement and development leads to ‘Perfection’. And in order to keep the students on this path a series of weekly business activities are by the students in groups for their classmates. Here everyone gets a chance to organize as well as participate. It aims to sharpen the business acumen of the students to give them an edge.
