Dr. Prasad Kapileshwari
Dean JCMM & Professor
Dr. Prasad Kapileshwari is an MBA and a corporate trainer. He has an industry and teaching experience of over 15 years in varied sectors such as Banking, Insurance and HR Consultancy.
Presently is a Dean-JCMM, his specialised areas are HRM, Change and Knowledge management, Corporate Restructuring and Development and soft skills training. Member NHRD and Resource person at various B Schools in Belgaum. Prof. Kapileshwari has designed various training tools for corporate and institutions. His Doctorate in Philosophy from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, in the area of “Industrial safety and occupational hazards”. He is currently pursuing his MA in Psychology (MAPC) degree from The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).
Dr. Vrushali Pakhannavar
Associate Professor.
Dr. Vrushali Pakhannavar is MBA, K-SET, with specialization in Finance. She is attributed with a rich experience of over 12 years in the industry and academics. She is passionate about
teaching and research, with a number of national and international research publications to her credit. She handles Finance as well as general management subjects including Business Research, Management Control Systems, Business Data Analysis and Personal Financial Planning. Dr. Vrushali has completed her Doctorate in Philosophy from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, in the area of ‘Foreign direct investment outflows in India’. She handles the Women Empowerment Cell in the institute and is actively involved in the co-curricular and extra-curricular activities conducted at JCMM.
Dr. Indrajit Doddanavar
Assistant Professor.
Dr. Indrajit Doddanavar is an MBA, with specialization in Marketing and Human Resources. He has a rich experience of over 16 years in industry and teaching, with a number of research publications
to his credit. He has worked in various sectors of industries namely Agricultural, Logistics, Mining, Foundry, Information Technology, etc., Prof. Indrajit is enthusiastic about teaching, research and office automation. He engages subjects such as Fundamentals of Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Retail Management, Rural Marketing, Business Research Methods and Technical subjects. His Doctorate in Philosophy from Jain Deemed to be University, Bangalore (JU), is in the area of Marketing on the topic “Branding strategy of organic vacuum evaporated jaggery – A case study of Belgaum District”. He has also authored number of research papers. He likes to interact with the students and brings in the new and better avenues of learning in terms of technology and innovation in the field of education and provide knowledge to the students. He handles the Communication Cell and is actively involved in the institutional activities.
Prof. Jemson Vaz
Assistant Professor.
Prof. Jemson Vaz is B.E., MBA, NET, with Marketing and Human Resources specialization with an industry and Academic experience of over 11 years. An avid athlete, Prof. Vaz specializes in
the area of HR, Marketing, Business Communication, Technical literacy and Industry interface. Having published research papers in international journals, he has been a mentor and guide to students for various projects. Presently serving as an Assistant professor, he takes keen interest in training programmes and event management guidance. He is currently pursuing Doctorate in Philosophy from Rani Channamma University, Belagavi (RCUB), in the area of Marketing on the topic “A Study of the Factors Impacting Consumer Purchase of Private Label Products at Super Markets in Belagavi”. He is actively in-charge of college sports and the Health and Spiritual Cell at JCMM.
Prof. Pavankumar Ramgouda
Assistant Professor.
Prof. Pavankumar Ramgouda has completed his MBA in Marketing and presently working with JCMM as an Assistant Professor. With the Industry Experience on an International platform
and having worked as a Business Development Executive, it gives Pavan an edge to impart hands on experience for academic excellence. He has authored for research papers in the filed of Management and social sciences. Along with Academic Experience he has been into training fraternity for various educational corporate houses. He handles various subjects like Production and Operations Management, Economics, Personality Development, Marketing and Skill Development Series. He is a young confident and an Optimistic person who has a passion for teaching and likes to interact and challenge the Young Minds to inspire them to attain and explore more in them. On personal level he is a biking enthusiast and an earth-trotter.
Prof. Reena Patil
Assistant Professor.
Prof. Reena R. Patil has completed her MBA in Human Resource and Marketing from JCMM and is presently working with JCMM as an Assistant Professor. She is a gold medalist and University topper of the year 2014.
it gives Reena an edge to impart hands on experience for academic excellence. She is also freelancing SSI’s in Pune with maintaining their MIS and Salary Management System(SMS). Along with this she has been into training fraternity to corporate houses. She handles subjects like Total Quality Management, Employee Relations Management and Corporate Etiquette. Reena has a firm grasp of the subjects she teach and are true to the intellectual demands of their disciplines. Teaching is her passion and that is why it is a joyous process to learn from her. She is committed to the cause and always strives for perfection. Her other fields of interest are Understanding Human Behavior, Travel, etc.
Prof. Sangam B. Jadhav
Assistant Professor.
Prof. Sangam B. Jadhav completed Masters in Finance from Angadi Institute of Technology and Management and is currently working as an Asssistant Professor at JCMM.
He worked in the graduate school for more than 12 years and served as the HOD of commerce department for more than 6 years. He has a good basic knowledge of all financial and accounting subjects. This enables Sangam to provide practical experiences for academic excellence. He understands the subject and knows how to adapt the teaching to the student population.
His passion for finance stems from its ability to empower an individual and student to make the most of knowledge and build a strong foundation in the same arena. He has dedicated himself to guiding students through the complex world of finance.

Adjunct Professor.
Prof. Tenzing J. A. is M.Com, LL.M, DISA, IP, and a Chartered Accountant with a passion for teaching. Associated with JCMM since 2012, he has a rich experience of teaching and
consultancy for over 14 years. A specialist in Accounting, Finance, Legal and other related subjects, Prof. Tenzing is actively involved in Social initiatives. He dedicates a substantial part of his time and income for the cause of charity and education. An excellent teacher and mentor, he has authored a handbook on ‘Indian Constitution’ for the benefit of students of Graduation. He is a consultant and financial advisor to corporate concerns across India.
Prof. Sandhya Sherigar
Adjunct Professor.
Prof. Sandhya Sherigar is an MBA with 7 years of Industry and 6 years of teaching experience. A specialist in Communication and soft skills training, Prof. Sherigar is a
renowned corporate and college trainer on Job related and personality development skills. She has been a visiting faculty and trainer with the Belgaum branch of ICAI for the last 6 years and holds successful summer camps on life skills for school children. She is a certified teacher of English language, office administration and grooming.
